Your responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the account management team to achieve high performance.
- Monitor employee progress, conduct performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
- Manage the department’s daily operations to ensure smooth workflows.
- Define team objectives and ensure they are met effectively.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align with overarching company goals.
- Enhance and refine the account management process to drive revenue growth.
- Assess client data and market trends to uncover opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and new product innovation.
- Collaborate across departments to deliver an exceptional experience for existing customers.
- Act as a representative for the account management team at various levels within the organization.
- Occasionally travel internationally to meet with strategic customers in person.
Your experience or skills:
- 2+ years of experience leading B2B account management, sales, or customer-facing teams.
- Proven leadership and change management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams through transitions.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities, ensuring effective prioritization and task completion.
- Exceptional communication skills, with proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Solid analytical capabilities, enabling data-driven decision-making and problem-solving.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and reporting on financial and performance KPIs.
Salary:
Gross salary: 4132 - 4960 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
